Working out the klunks
This blog will be of interest to me, at least. I do not intend to use this space as a vehicle for improving my writing or getting a job with an entertainment mag, nor do I ever expect to be a speech-writer for a major political party candidate. I'm just here to say what I want to say.

Hmmm, two of those things were not so subtle jabs at me I think . . . scandalous.
Ahhh but Luke, you have the talent, drive, and guts to a) improve your writing, and b) write for a magazine or paper.
Not me. Too unmotivated to research, too busy to try, and too perfectly happy with the results of my mediocrity to overcome either.
I'm guessing you're too smart to work as a speech-writer for a major political party candidate.
